Our Commitment
At Rpm Auto Wholesale, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality classic cars. We understand that purchasing a classic car is a significant decision, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below.
Return Policy
As a classic car dealership, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to find a solution. However, due to the nature of classic cars, there are certain exceptions:
- The car must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you.
- The car must not have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
- All original documents, including titles, maintenance records, and accessories, must be returned along with the vehicle.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Accident-Involved Vehicles
Classic cars that have been involved in accidents or incidents after delivery.
Modified Vehicles
Cars that have been substantially modified or altered.
Final Sale Items
Cars sold as "final sale" or "for parts only" – these cars cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once the return is approved and the car is inspected, we will initiate the refund process:
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
- If the car has been damaged or altered, we may deduct repair costs from the refund.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Shipping and Return Costs
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the vehicle.
- If the car is being returned due to an issue that was our fault (such as a defect or misrepresentation), we will cover the return shipping costs.
